Experience a lush and natural landscape, organic food harvested directly from the 115 acre farm, and deep yoga classes with Emily and Frank of Frank Wilderman Yoga.

Emily and Frank will be leading a variety of yoga classes while we are on retreat, from vibrant movement to deeply restorative.

Expect ample time to move, rest, nap, read, hike and wander the 115 acre farm.

Everything you choose to participate in on retreat is always up to you. We invite you to take this time to do with it as you wish.
