Divorced Business Partners: A Love Story
Emily’s poetry collection, "Divorced Business Partners," was published by Howling Bird Press in October 2024.
The collection follows spouses as they take on a business venture and open a restaurant. The little business quickly becomes successful, and their marriage collapses in the process. Before they know it, husband and wife are nothing more than divorced business partners.
PIZZA
Emily is the namesake founder of the Pizza Loves Emily and Emmy Squared restaurant groups, boasting thirty locations worldwide.
Beloved by locals and visitors and with menu items named among the “Must Try Dishes to call yourself a New Yorker” by Zagat, one of “the best New Dishes in NYC” by Time Out New York, and a “must-visit for even those who aren’t pizza-obsessed” by Vogue.
